If there is any complaint about our products we'd be glad to help you especially if you ordered our products and it's not the same shade as what you wanted please contact us with proof of pictures for exchange of products immediately. Please note that delivery fee would not be covered by us in a case of exchange. if our products are damaged before it gets delivered to your address, please contact us with proof of pictures and there will be immediate full refunds or products would be replaced by us immediately, other than that, there will be no refunds on any item.
