THE WINTER AQUALINER WITH BRUSH

This is a single palette of aqua liner which are very pigmented containing 4 colours of water activated liners, comes with the Ibkaystouch brush set that can be used during winter. Once an amount of water ( not too much ) is applied into the Ibkaystouch water liner brush then, start to use it on the area you want most especially on the eyelid.
